We continue to inform you about the March 2022 challenges that Akira and I accepted, the digital insignias that we received for successfully completing them, and a donation promoted to help the victims of Ukraine through the International Committee of the Red Cross. Ukraine Relief Challenge   March 2022 During the month of March we promoted donations for a worthy cause that was part of the seventh challenge of March 2022. The "All with Ukraine" challenge (Ukraine Relief Challenge) included an invitation to donate to the International Committee of the Red Cross. The challenge began on March 14 and ended on March 27, 2022. This seventh challenge consisted of completing five (5) kilometers or more in a single activity (in our case, a walk). ROKA NEW DAWN 200 March 2022 The first challenge that Akira and I faced in March 2022 was Roka's "New Dawn 200." It consisted of performing 200 minutes of physical activity (in our case, walking). It started on March 1 and ends on March 31, 2022. STRAVA confirmed to us on March 2 at 12:55 p.m. that we had met and overcome the challenge.
