Sixth Challenge Overcome (Le Col "Shape Up" Challenge), Sixth Digital Insignia Won, and a Social Challege Promoted During March 2022

We continue to inform you about the March 2022 challenges that Akira and I accepted, the digital badges that we received for successfully completing them, and a donation promoted to help the victims of Ukraine through the International Committee of the Red Cross.

March 2022
While we continued to tackle the second STRAVA challenge of walking 200k, which started on March 1st and ended on March 31st, 2022, on March 11th we added a new challenge that we would facing simultaneously. This Club Le Col challenge, called "Shape Up", started on the same day, March 11, and ended on March 31, 2022. This sixth challenge consisted of registering 250 minutes of activity (in our case , walking). STRAVA confirmed to us on the next day, that is, on March 12, at 1:22 p.m. that we had overcome this sixth challenge. We continued to add kilometers in the second STRAVA challenge while we waited for the start of other challenges that will be mentioned in the next articles.

During the month of March we were also promoting donations for another worthy cause that too was part of a March 2022 challenge. The Ukraine Relief Challenge included an invitation to donate to the International Committee of the Red Cross.

We continue to support the following statement from STRAVA,

"Like most, we feel anguish and concern about the war in Ukraine and the humanitarian crisis that it generates. For this reason, STRAVA will make a donation to the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide direct help with food, water, blankets, medical and hygiene supplies, as well as first aid training for people affected and displaced. If you have the opportunity, we encourage you to also donate to the Red Cross. Any amount is welcome."

"In times of crisis, sports can seem insignificant. However, we believe in the power of physical activity to unite, inspire and uplift people around the world. Let's join together to support the people of Ukraine."

We also agree with the following prayer,

A PRAYER FOR UKRAINE

O God of peace and justice, We pray for the people of Ukraine today. We beg you for peace and the laying down of arms. We pray for all those who fear tomorrow, May Your Spirit of Comfort draw near to them. We pray for those who have power over war or peace, May they have wisdom, discernment and compassion to guide their decisions. Above all, we pray for all Your precious Children, In situations of risk and fear, for You to hold and protect them So we pray in the name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace. Amen.

Thank you for every little thing that you do to support us economically and morally and in writing while Akira and I walk! Have a nice day and keep exercising!
