  We continue to inform you about the March 2022 challenges that Akira and I accepted, the digital badges that we received for successfully completing them, and a donation promoted to help the victims of Ukraine through the International Committee of the Red Cross. Le Col Shape Up Challenge March 2022 While we continued to tackle the second STRAVA challenge of walking 200k, which started on March 1st and ended on March 31st, 2022, on March 11th we added a new challenge that we would facing simultaneously. This Club Le Col challenge, called "Shape Up", started on the same day, March 11, and ended on March 31, 2022. This sixth challenge consisted of registering 250 minutes of activity (in our case , walking). STRAVA confirmed to us on the next day, that is, on March 12, at 1:22 p.m. that we had overcome this sixth challenge.
